It was a reference to AdultKing, not just anyone. I've talked to him over the past time for quite a while. He was very straight-forward about his intentions and seen what he has done so far I reserve the right to make a personal judgement over someone that hasn't posted any facts accusing an established member. On top of that he claims a bet that was never agreed by AK.
