And since when is the airline responsible for the actions of their passengers? I mean, should the airplane start screening people in advance for being perverts or sex crimes, assaults, or fraud? If I walk into the local super market and start masturbating, is the super market responsable for my actions? I mean, is their staff trained to handle situations? Do they come with rubber gloves and physically remove me from the premises? Is the super market or the airlines responsable if they don't see a crime being committed?
A crime was committed, the person arrested, end of story. Now they are just chasing the money.

Once again - she asked to be moved or at least that is what was said. How do you know she is the only one that saw anything? He was convicted so that would suggest somebody else saw something or he confessed.
As I said, a lawsuit is maybe over the top but I have no problem with her highlighting the lack of action of the crew to at least move her.
Really, if a guy was jerking off to your underage daughter and she asked an adult to help her and they didn't, how would you handle that situation? According to other threads on this board, most guys here would lock and load on the guy. So, I really don't get why she is the bad person in this situation.
Honestly, you are even mildly suggesting that such unwanted conduct towards anybody much less somebody underage is in anyway okay? No wonder people hate us.
