As I said, a lawsuit is maybe over the top but I have no problem with her highlighting the lack of action of the crew to at least move her.
Really, if a guy was jerking off to your underage daughter and she asked an adult to help her and they didn't, how would you handle that situation? According to other threads on this board, most guys here would lock and load on the guy. So, I really don't get why she is the bad person in this situation.
Honestly, you are even mildly suggesting that such unwanted conduct towards anybody much less somebody underage is in anyway okay? No wonder people hate us.

But why do we hold the airline liable for this?
According to the video, the airline said there was "no other seats open". What the fuck are they supposed to do? Move her and the seven other people in her to where? The bathroom? Move him where - next to someone else?
She says he was wanking off, the stewardess looks over and sees nothing out of the ordinary, can't move her anywhere, can't move him...
What was the airline supposed to do? Tie him up and restrain him for wanking off? Move him to the bathroom so he can finish himself off? Push him off the airplane? I'm not saying what he did was proper; It wasn't and he's in jail. I just fail to see how the airline is at fault here. According to the video, she is the only one who saw him doing this - The only thing they can do is report it to the police when they land, which they did.
