I know it's a very subjective questions however I'm looking for advice as follows, no specific niche's in mind at this time for this question.

Amonst the gazillion programs that exist which are the best taking into consideration the following points.

Provision of the best tools for affiliates to assist with marketing of the program / content.
Especially interested in those that provide short vid clips (flv format etc) and gif's if there are any. And also those that offer features such as morphing feeds and the like.

Programs that consist of sites that are known for always adding fresh content on a regular basis.

Reliable payment processors.

And finally, offer great customer service to the afiliates, easy of contact, quick responses and the like.
