It is not illegal in any state to possess pornography of any kind EXCEPT CP
archaic laws may still be on the books but when the Supreme Court ruled in Lawrence v. texas they defacto struck down all sodomy laws in all 50 states whether they are still on the books or not.
I believe that only selling pornography in OK could be illegal based on how they define obscenity. But it is not illegal to posses
