Maybe for least important passwords, but I would not trust vital passwords to 3d party.

It is stored in the cloud, if my PC crashes I don't lose anything.
Those services have 100,000s if not millions of customers, they have 100s of servers they won't go down.
All the passwords are stored encrypted with a unique 'master password'. If the service would get hacked they would only have your encrypted passwords, they would still need your master password.
Also I have multi factor authentication enabled, so even if someone would somehow know my master password they would not be able to login, because they'd need a code from the code app on my (encrypted) phone, so they'd have to hack that one as well.
