The Paxum Mastercard isn't the only withdrawal option we offer. You can also withdraw by Wire, Check, EFT, to an already existing credit card, or you can use the funds to make purchases directly from other Paxum account-holders (such as hosting, traffic, domains, design, programmers, etc).
