Google Fiber is clueless
My neighbor convinced me to get the Google "free service." Pay $25 x 12 months or $300 for 5mpbs. So I've been calling Google at their 24 hour hotline. Either nobody answers or I get a busy signal.
So I was by their KC store, tried to go in and the door was locked. Finally two kids, fresh out of grade school, open the door. I explain where I live and that Google trucks are on my street daily.
"Too bad," they say. I can't now sign up.
What kind of business doesn't want your money?
I realize I'm late and it might cost them a few $$ but come on. I'm offering to be a customer. I thought Time Warner was bad to deal with, Google makes dealing with them a pleasure.
