calmly consider the following:
1. he didn't send an email. your server sent it.
2. he filled in a contact form about something that might be relevant to you.
you arguments are weak at best, filling out contact forms does not relate to can-spam laws. maybe you could sue yourself for sending that email(as if was YOUR mechanism that made it to be sent), if you are bored.
contact forms are meant for people to contact you about things that might interest you, business works both ways, ever heard the term B2B? as you work in the adult industry and Micheal was contacting you about an adult industry event, you pretty much just sound like a raving lunatic with your strange outlook and aggressive outburst.
