Hi guys, please let me know if you any questions about 2257Snap.
Ever since I wrote YTracker back around 2005, the debate about 2257 record keeping has plodded on, some arguing that it's not constitutional, some say it is with people going before judge after judge after judge.
All I have to say is that I cannot imagine that the whole of 2257 (which has been around for years) will ever be thrown out so that any producer can take pictures of anyone, post them and have absolutely no documentation to prove that the subject is over 18. I'm not saying that because it appears that I have a vested interest in seeing it stand, but common sense and my experience in real world inspections has shown me that there will always be some measure of accountability when producing adult content to ensure that nobody under 18 is being exploited. Frankly, there must be.
