I could see a strict firewall being created though. Porn results on one domain or sub-domain and all other results on another. Actually I would welcome it. But it's possible they will try to take advantage of pornographers much like yahoo did with the $600 submission fees for adult sites. Further they might strengthen accountability requirements or things of this nature such as forcing you to register your domain for it to appear and then associating it with a verified GWT account. It's largely acceptable to pick on pornographers, unfortunately. This three day notice is just another example.
