UH, Max lost his case, he did time for it... we in the adult biz are substantially more unsafe since his "LOST" case adds to the case law for obscenity trials. Now the FEDs can use his case to help convict others of obscenity. NOT GOOD.

I'm glad he fought for himself and I wish he would have won the obscenity case as that law is a BAD LAW.
But he is not the wonderful guy you are trying to make him out to be.
