Tennis is a skill-based sport. Doping up would not help a tennis player have the eye/hand coordination to hit a ball anywhere on the court within centimeters of a line.
Probably it does not help with the e/h c. but it can help with the fitness level and endurance level which also plays a great role in tennis. Being fatigued could hurt the chances of hitting a precise ball no matter what ball-sport one is playing.
I'm not saying the Serena is not a talented player but it think part of her success is based on some sort of doping.

As a side note it seems that Andy Murray challenged Serena to a battle of the sexes match...
