I was reading a few threads about Paula Deen on Reddit yesterday and there were several posts from people who have dealt with her in various situations ranging from her staying a hotel that they worked at to her making an appearance where they worked and so on. All of these people said she was difficult, annoying, rude and in some cases just plain mean to her staff and the people at the places she was at.
Now, it is the internet, so you have to take it with a big grain of salt, but I get this feeling she might be one of those people that puts on a great public persona and is completely different in private and now the curtain is being pulled back and revealing the truth.
