Been with them over 10 years now and the only other place I would ever host at would be mojo host.. I have a dedicated and a shared server (old TGPs) and they both run smooth ALL the time.

I'm sure he doesn't care if your server is up.
I hosted with them and the same shit happened that's he's complaining about.
You are brown nosing and you probably get less than 1500 hits per day on everything you own on that server.
