I've been working for a retail supermarket in management for over 5 years. I developed a web app that enabled associates to sync their schedule to their iPhone/Android. In less than a week over 200 associates were using this program. Instead of the company saying wow this is awesome can you show us how to do it? | They say they've already been working on something similar and I breached their "Technology Agreement". Resulting in my immediate termination. All while there are members of management that have been CAUGHT stealing, with no repercussion. What the fuck is wrong with this world?
