You will find out that their software is just a branded version of the same software used by thousands of companies. I would shop the app to smaller companies. I would also sue for wrongful termination. They may choose to settle with you out of court and pay you a year of salary. A good friend of mine just did and she got six months salary and two years guaranteed employment in another department with full benefits her old job didn't supply. She was shocked. Said she did it more out of spite. Didn't think they'd actually cave in.
