People said the same thing about gnome 3 and unity and yet... guess what, they either adapt or figure out a solution to their issue... No different with Windows 8...

Seriously guys, it isn't the end of the world, and to be completely honest, Windows 8 is far better than Windows 7, once you do away with the whole 'Metro' thing (if you hate it that much)...
