guys do yourself a favor and dont watch it. I had to stop it myself. I didnt want to see what happens.
The owner was clearly instigating the police in the midst of a tense situation.
Should he have rolled up in his car blasting loud music yelling at cops? No.
Should the police have shot his dog? No. I think the officer could have easily grabbed the dog's leash and restrained it.
