I'm 45 ... 190 pounds, muscular and ripped.

I work out 6 times a week. (4 days upper body and 2 days legs ... abs 4 days a week. + cardio)
Important things: Food, Training, Supplements (Creatine, BCAA's, Protein, pré workout ...) Rest and Sleep.

I spend aprox 1300 euros a month at supplements and food (only for me).

Took me years of intense power training .
