How do you do that? I mean how do you find time for that? I dont get it...

Do you only work a few hours per day in adult? Otherwise its impossible.

Prepating + Working out + taking a shower = At least 3 hours free time per day... You have 3 hours free time for that?

Not to name the time you need to eat to sleep, and everything else. When do you work?..
