BTW I forgot one thing.

Disipline. I NEVER skip a training.
I don't eat french fries, no unhealty fat, no rubish food, -> ONLY HEALTH FOOD.

Only one day in the weekend I have a refeed-day (not a cheatday). Then I eat one dish that I like.

It's a way of living. Not for everyone.
