Preaching to the choir my friend I eat 5k cal a day in bulk phase...and currenltly eating 2lbs of chicken or grass fed beef a day minimum. I never spend over 600 dollars...current stats - 5'7 186lb @ 7.8% bodyfat currently. Dont take protein powder, I use liquid egg whites which are pasturized and 100% bioavailable 1 quart = 125G protein and drink one a day. Creatine...I eat enough meat to get my creatine intake, find no reason to supplement it. BCAA's ill utilize during fasted cardio sessions only...found very little difference in my training sessions taking them vs not. Refeeds on Sundays usually "carb up" day if you will not 100% strict but im already low enough BF so I can splurge a little. Its a lifestyle thats for sure.
