I kind of wish the dog took off part of the officer's arm before he got shot and maimed him for life.
The owner had the dog poorly trained so I also agree this falls in the owner's lap, but the cop didn't need to shoot the dog either. All these years and modern technological advances and the best thing the LAPD can come up with to subdue a dog is a bullet? Weak.
