Well it takes a lot more time (and harder training) for me to make the same progress as a 24 y.o.
I do a lot of triple sets ... at least a couple times a week.
For example I do 2 tripple-sets back (2 x 3 exercises - 4 sets - 8 to 12 reps) and 2 triplle-sets shoulders. (2 x 3 exercises - 4 sets - 8 to 12 reps). All heavy weights.
I only take resttime between the triplesets not in the triplleset.
Then the ship has landed mate
Also I look at least 10 years younger then I am.
