I thought about steroids, but I'm too stupid and lazy to read up on them and don't feel I should do them unless I know what harm, if any, they can cause. I have lost 30 or 40 pounds and feel I have picked up at least 10 or 15 pounds of muscle. If I can lose weight and gain muscle and strength anyone can.
Dude, steroids can and will give you incredible gains. It can change your life.. but in many ways. All these idiots here focus on short time gains. Yeah.. You can tipple your bench in 2 months. And HGH can do much the same for you.. but with great risks. It is a know fact this shit can and does cause cancer along with many other problems. If you made the gains stated above then pat yourself on your back. You dont need any of the shit discussed here. Sometimes stupidity can be a good thing.
