I have taken a fairly close look at your requirements and I see about a 250 hour project here.

So, realistically speaking I can get in 20-25 hours per week in. I do have a 6 week vacation scheduled for this fall so I need to work that in too. So, that would put the completion date about 15-20 weeks.

My price is $100usd/hour so the bill on that would be around $25k usd. Half payment up front, another quarter payment after the design is approved and then the last payment on delivery.

If you want priority service then full payment of 25k up front would take care of it.
