That cop was out of line, but too bad it wasn't the asshole that was clubbing the guy that got fucked up.
Just goes to show you he was a typical power trip dickhead. Takes easy jabs at a guy that is held down and can't defend himself, then runs like a coward as his partner is getting attacked for what he did.
