well that was it really lol. It's just something I'm aware of, either because it's true, or simply because I subconciously believe it, due to it being pointed out to me when I was about 14 or 15. Whenever I remember that stereotype, like now, I try to think how many of my black friends have dogs, and it's none. Then I think how many blacks I see in Tottenham/Edmonton walking dogs, and it's a miniscule amount, like maybe 2 owners I'll spot in 3 or 4 days.

This thread just reminded me of that is all, and I still can't decide 25 odd years later whether it's true, or a load of bollocks said by someone who was indeed a racist bloke
