If you want a real answer from me. I can't give one, as i have never been anywhere where Sharia law is in practice. Nor will i ever go.
However, before my wife i was dating a pakistanian girl who was muslim. Her father tried very hard to enforce the ways in Canada.
She was deathly afraid of him finding out about us. She would leave her home dressed as a ninja in the full garb. Then change in any place that had a bathroom on the way to see me. She was just 19 at the time. She had to make up a fake class she was taking to come and see me once a week, then also come to see me before she had class on another day.
She hated her father and the religion. She feared what her brothers and her father would do to her if they found out she was seeing a white guy. It goes on and on, the horrible stories she told me about, however if i ever spoke poorly of them she would defend them.
Religion is a crutch of the masses. I also can't stand overly zealous christians etc. Which is funny as one of my best friends in Canada is a minister, and makes his money speaking at churches..lol
