Society has just changed in some ways that make it more acceptable for girls to be sexual beings.
The bank I use is located right next to the town's high school. There have been several times that I have been there and it was either lunch time or school had just gotten out. On warm days it looks like a shift change at a strip club. Not all of the girls do it, but many of them show a ton of skin.
When I was in high school guys nor girls could wear tank tops. Shorts could be worn, but they had to come to 1 inch above your knee. These days it seems like anything goes.
