terrorism = create fear to coerce/submit.
as for the us government/fbi/etc., of course.
create fear in people that they will lose something they have or not get something they want/need.
they didn't invent that, that's been around for centuries, sales people know this. to get people to really whip out their credit card or do wtfever you want them to do, you sell them fear.
