I am reading a book about the NSA and I came across something interesting this morning.
It seems that after 9/11, it was discovered that one of the terrorists in the US had called a known terrorist number (in Yemen), but because the calls came from the US the NSA was legally unable to tap it.... Seems the NSA considered the call the FBI's area...
