The only black mafia is the one that victimizes blacks into believing and accepting a victim role, and those people were elected on that basis. If you want to houseclean, start with those people.
I guess it makes you feel better to imagine a future comeuppance for an innocent guy who was trying to keep his neighbourhood safe, but really your anger is misplaced. Maybe worry about all that black youth that sees no path forward but through crime and welfare, and black role models that are nonexistent. You'd do far better with that.
