I'm not saying it didn't happen, but seems it'd be really hard to prove at this point. At least it sounds like she was trying to come out with it during the trial rather than after.
i don't think there is a limitation on rape. i just looked at a case a man arrested earlier this year for rape he did in 1984. he just died i think a few weeks ago.
