I would not be surprised if it were something else entirely like a major security breach which was found but they are just not telling people. The timing with lucas131 (teencat) getting like a dozen false charges is suspicious.

They were trying to make it seem as if the people who were telling them of the breach were trolls. Then when I was posting about it later one of the reps started hinting that I was making false statements by calling it a "security or privacy breach" when basically that is exactly what it was. The point is you never know with this company because they will play games with you.
