There are not too many people on this board that have the info you need, and those that do will likely not be eager to tell you what you need to know, since understanding how to stay within the CB ratio guidelines is a huge advantage in this business.
If I were you I would do some research using the search function and then get ahold of someone at Netbilling and discuss any questions you may have.
Visa and MC have their rules, and companies like CCBill and Epoch have others but ultimately answer to Visa and MC. So find out about Visa and MC and make your plans accordingly.
