You could take every steroid he is taking and unless you followed his strict diet and workout regimen you would just get really, really fat.
Pro Bodybuilders make a lot of money off of endorsements by winning contests. It's a science for Mr. Olympia IFBB competitors.
All they do is eat, workout, and sleep (sleep is when your muscles actually rebuild and grow).
I used to read Muscle And Fitness a lot when I first started getting into shape. And the pro bodybuilders day is very, very strict. Steroids won't do anything except help them rebuild muscle faster so there is less "downtime" for the next workout.
A guy like that will mostly sleep and eat. They set alarm clocks and keep their pre-prepared chicken or fish and rice meals in their bedrooms. They get woke up every 2 hours to eat.
It takes a lot of protein and calories to achieve that kind of muscle mass...and it's a full time job for them.
Of course people just think it's as easy as taking steroids and lifting some weights. But it's much, much more than that. They have entire teams that are measuring meals, protein, calories, hours of sleep, water retention and of course almost daily blood draws to be tested for any liver or kidney damage.
There is a lot of money at stake in pro bodybuilding.

That's cool that they're dedicated to it and shit, but why someone would want to look like that is beyond me... Nothing wrong with being ripped and having some muscles, but looking like a freak? I'd rather be fat.
Also to the twink op, hey gurrrl
