I said earlier that he shouldn't have been alone or in his car. He should have had a partner and they should have been on foot to be most effective. Seeing neighborhood watch is a great deterrent. From what we know from court testimony...GZ was observing. He never confronted TM. He followed him and watched where he was going. And he had already called it in.

Was he actually "on patrol" or did he just happen to run across TM when he was out and about? I don't recall how they happened to cross paths.
