No, racial memory is learned. It definitely exists. A lot of books have been written about the place of racial memory and collective guilt. Both of which are experienced by youth who are several generations removed from things like the Holocaust, The Rape of Nanking, slavery in the US, The Rwandan Genocide etc. It's a real thing Robbie.
