I grew up in mostly small towns and you could walk into another persons house and the most they'd be was surprised for a minute. We never locked our doors because everyone knew everybody's name and business anyway. You're really saying that where you lived if you rang someones doorbell they might greet you with a shotgun or something? In the 1960's? Holy fuck you grew up hard man.
