Where did stop and frisk come from?
Who was the Mayor?
Who are his advisors?
Ray Kelly needs no introduction. But who are putting these people like Kelly in their positions?
Why does Obama not talk about this?
Why does Eric Holder allow it?
Why does NYAG roll with the flow...?
My guess is controlled by same people. Just my guess.
