i saw an interview of him about it. i am not sure which came 1st the video question or the letter. but again, he is being mayorly. part of his job is to buoy the spirits of his city's people.
you know what i am getting at right? people want to feel good about where they live and they take pride in that, the mayor is a figurehead for that and more even.
