All I know is, that it works for me and I have a TON of my own DVDs with it on VOD sites, my own websites, etc...and people like 'em!

Truthfully, POV was never my favorite style, from a viewer's point of view of course. The webmaster in me however has always known of it's marketable value. I just never got into it much personally. But I've come to realize over the years since it first became popular that when it's done by someone who knows what he's doing it can be downright incredible.
I think what likely put me off was all the really BAD pov that's been floating around since post-2000. Grainy, poor lighting, horrible camera angles, poorly executed sex even. If the chemistry is off with any of that in fact it becomes a train wreck.
