Zimmerman went out of his way to confront Treyvon Martin. With a gun. Had he he taken the advice of the 911 operator, had he left his gun at home instead of taking it with him, Martin would still be alive. Zimmerman's actions alone killed a kid. The fact that it was "Legal" is no longer the point.
