You'll probably be disappointed.. It's legal in my city, too, but no one ever does it except for women who look like dudes during hippy festivals (Comfest..) and one time that a strip club made one of the strippers hand out fliers downtown topless the day that it became legal.

Someone should raise awareness, I think I'm going to do some blogging about it and target locally. What products would be good to sell on those? Bras?..
