sell network = no need to worry about renewing domains, getting around to replacing dead sponsor links, developing the undeveloped (aged) domains, getting around to updating/adding content (all are 'set and forget' my end) etc. Lots of scope for improvement to this network for anyone with the time and inclination
In a nutshell, and in my 'basic' way of speaking: I can't be assed to dick around with it, and would rather take 10k, I'm happy, new owner is happy and can improve on it, develop, and so on, and I can get on with the other avenues I'm focussing more on
If it hasn't sold by Friday, I'll keep it and the residual income it brings untouched
