Seems like a legit shooting. The kid was chasing another kid and shooting at him. When cops told him to drop the gun he declined to do it so they dropped him.
Assuming the story checks out what is the news here, outside of one less useless thug leeching from society? Is the story that sometimes the cops get it right?
