I have made an easy to use installer for it, but if you are having problems, I do offer a 1 time install free of charge.
Like the license says, you're free to use the CMS on as many domains and servers as you want as long as you own them. You can modify the source code as it's fully unencoded but I do not support modified code that wasn't done by me.

login and go to the order screen and select BabeLogr, you'll be presented with a dropdown to choose PayPal or Paxum as your payment method. If your profile has those fields filled in already then it'll populate the account section with your PayPal/Paxum email if not just put them in. Then it'll give you details on how to send your payment and once verified I will issue a license and zip file containing to CMS to your email.
