LOL Thats my mission in life and my health is actually great Im in the gym 3 days a week and down from 238 to 210 and dropping. The knee will have to be replaced eventually but Im trying to put it off as long as possible and so far so good...
and truth is i got nothng to bitch about re my life I Fish offshore, I scuba dive, I have the best friends on earth and a job I enjoy immensely...I could have more money but I couldnt be any happier and thats the truth of it.
